Better Sleep Starts Here

A simple anti-snoring mouthpiece for more peaceful nights

SleepZee is a soft, drug-free mouthpiece that sits over your teeth while you sleep. It holds your lower jaw gently forward, which keeps your airway open and turns a night of snoring into a night of real rest. No batteries, no mask strapped to your face, no prescription to arrange. Rinse it in the morning, close the case, and it is ready again tonight.

Why SleepZee

Four things this mouthpiece is built to do

Simple by design. No sprays, no strips, no mask, nothing to charge and nothing stuck to your face.

nights_stay

Reduces Snoring

The mouthpiece holds your lower jaw slightly forward while you sleep. That keeps the airway at the back of your throat open, so the soft tissue stops vibrating and the noise stops with it.

Improves Sleep Quality

When you are not snoring you are not fighting for air either. Fewer interruptions means more of the night spent in deep, restorative sleep, and a morning that does not feel like a hangover.

Reusable Night After Night

Rinse it under warm water each morning, let it dry in the case and it is ready again tonight. One mouthpiece, worn again and again, instead of a strip you have to buy by the box.

The part nobody measures

A night of snoring is a night of broken sleep

When you sleep, the muscles in your throat relax. If your airway narrows, the air pushing past that loose tissue makes it vibrate, and the vibration is the snore. Your breathing gets lighter and shallower, your body nudges you back towards wakefulness to reopen the airway, and you drop back down again. You can do that dozens of times an hour without ever fully waking up, which is why snoring and waking up exhausted so often arrive together.

  • battery_alert

You wake up tired even after eight hours in bed, and you cannot work out why.

  • king_bed

Your partner moves to the spare room, or you do, and neither of you sleeps well apart either.

How it works

Four steps to a quieter night

Nothing here needs a manual. SleepZee is a mouthpiece, a case and a short guide, and the whole nightly routine takes about as long as brushing your teeth.

01

Slip it in

Take the mouthpiece out of its case and place it over your teeth, the same motion as putting in a retainer. Press it gently into place and close your lips around it.

02

Sleep as normal

That is the whole setup. There is no machine to switch on, no mask to seal and nothing to fiddle with in the dark. You fall asleep the way you always do.

03

Wake and rinse

Take it out in the morning and rinse it under warm water. Most people find the first two or three nights feel strange, and then the mouthpiece simply disappears from their awareness.

04

Repeat tomorrow

Dry it, close the case and it is ready again tonight. One mouthpiece, worn night after night, with nothing to reorder and nothing to replace each week.

What arrives

Everything you need, in one small box

There is no starter kit to add, no refill plan and nothing else to order before you can use it. Everything SleepZee needs to work is in the box, so the first night after it arrives is the first night it starts working.

The design behind it

Six decisions that decide whether you actually keep using it

A mouthpiece is a simple object, and almost all of the difference between one that works and one that ends up in a drawer comes down to three things: how it fits, how it is cleaned, and how little it asks of you at eleven at night.

open_with

It holds your jaw gently forward

SleepZee keeps your lower jaw in a slightly forward position through the night. That single change is what stops the soft tissue at the back of your throat from collapsing and vibrating against your airway.

tune

It sits over your teeth, not against your gums

The mouthpiece holds onto your teeth rather than floating loose in your mouth, so it stays where you put it. No straps, no headgear and nothing to peel off your nose in the morning.

power_off

There is nothing to charge

No batteries, no cables, no app and no settings to get wrong. You put it in when you get into bed and you take it out when you get up. That is the entire interaction.

medication

Nothing is absorbed

SleepZee is a mechanical device, not a medicine. There are no drugs to swallow, nothing building up in your system overnight and no prescription to arrange before you can start.

air

Your airway stays open

With your jaw supported forward, air moves through your nose and throat with far less resistance. Your breathing settles into a steadier rhythm instead of snagging on itself every few breaths.

water_drop

Two minutes of cleaning a day

Rinse it under warm water each morning and let it dry fully in the case with the lid open. Once a week, give it a longer soak. Nothing here needs a routine you will not keep up with.

Side by side

How SleepZee compares with what you have already tried

Most people arrive here having already tried nasal strips or a spray, and wondering whether they are heading for a machine instead. Here is the honest version, judged on the things that decide whether you keep using something. If a doctor has told you that you need CPAP for severe sleep apnoea, use it.

Simple beats complicated

The best anti-snoring product is the one you will actually still be wearing in three months. SleepZee is small, silent and asks nothing of you at bedtime.

From the bedroom

What sleepers say after the first week

Three buyers on the two things that actually decide it: whether it is comfortable enough to keep in, and whether the person lying next to them finally got some sleep.

“By the third night I stopped waking up with a dry mouth and a sore throat. I take it out in the morning without even thinking about it now, which I genuinely did not expect.”

“My wife noticed before I did. She has stopped going to the spare room, which honestly is the only review that matters in our house.”

“I had tried the strips and the sprays and given up on both. This is the first thing I have actually kept on my nightstand past the first week.”

Before you order

The questions people ask before they buy a mouthpiece

Including the awkward ones. If something you need to know is not here, ask us before you buy rather than after.

Most people can. The first two or three nights usually feel odd, the way a retainer feels odd at first, and then you stop noticing it is there. If you find yourself taking it out in your sleep, give it a full week before you decide, and start on a night when you are already tired.

Yes. SleepZee rests over your teeth and leaves your lips and mouth free. You can breathe through your nose or your mouth, swallow and turn over normally while you are wearing it.

SleepZee is drug-free and worn over your teeth rather than against your gums. That said, it is still an oral appliance, so if you have gum disease, loose teeth, a jaw joint problem, a bridge or a full set of dentures, or you are pregnant, speak to your dentist before you start. If you ever wake with jaw or tooth pain, stop using it and get it checked.

Some people notice a quieter night on the very first night. Others need a week or so while they get used to the feel of it in their mouth. It is also worth knowing that snoring caused by a blocked nose, sinus trouble or something other than jaw position may not respond the way you hope.

Rinse it under warm water every morning and let it dry completely, ideally in the case with the lid open. Once a week, soak it in a mouthpiece cleaner or a mild denture solution. Never use boiling water, never put it in the dishwasher and never use household cleaners on it.

The mouthpiece is built to sit over the teeth and suits a wide range of adult mouths. It is not made for children, and it is not suitable if you wear a full set of dentures. If the fit feels wrong in the first few nights, contact us rather than forcing it.

Yes, and it is one of the reasons people keep using it. It travels in its case in a wash bag or a jacket pocket, needs no power, no water and no spare parts, and there is nothing in it that can leak in your luggage.

Then talk to us. If it does not fit, does not help or simply is not for you, contact our support team and they will help you sort it out. We would much rather you asked than quietly put it in a drawer and went back to snoring.

Still deciding?

If you have read this far you already know what your nights are costing you. SleepZee is the simplest thing you can change tonight. Order one, sleep on it, and judge it on how you feel on the fourth morning.

One last thing

Better sleep starts here

Your partner has been sleeping badly because of you, and you have been sleeping badly because of you. Tonight can be the last night that happens. SleepZee is a small, soft, drug-free mouthpiece that you wear over your teeth, and it is the simplest thing you can change before you go to bed.
